Sort a calculation manually

You can sort rows or columns in a sheet. Several options let you sort on rows or columns in ascending or descending order. Templates contain pre-defined sort criteria. Sorting is available only in sheets or blocks where the template configuration allows it.
When a sort configuration is not specified in a template, you can sort manually. If the template lets you insert rows, you can sort rows. Similarly, when the template allows you to insert columns, you can sort on columns. However, selecting multiple rows or columns is not supported.
  1. Select a cell in the block of rows or columns to sort.
  2. On the toolbar ribbon, select the Tools icon.
  3. Select the sort option you want to use.
