Entity hierarchy history

Follow the steps to view the entity hierarchy and its percentage ownership contribution on a specific date using the Entity Manager.
  1. Go to
    Configuration
    Entity Manager
     to access entity hierarchy details.
  2. Mark the
    Show hierarchy as on
     checkbox and select the date from the calendar.
    1. The entity structure refreshes to display the hierarchy as it was on that specific date.
    2. Entities appear in a hierarchy if they belong to a specific group on the selected date. Otherwise, they are excluded from the view.
  3. Select entities in the side panel to view their percentage ownership contribution to their groups on the selected date.
  4. Clear the date selection to refresh the view to show the latest entity structure.
    1. Expand
      ,
      Collapse
      ,
      Search
      , and
      Export
       works, regardless of whether you are viewing the historic entity structure or the latest one.
note
When you view the structure on a specified date, the side panel is read-only. This prevents you from updating the structure of the entity or adjusting the details of percentage ownership contribution. However, you can still add new entities as needed.
