Keyboard shortcuts

A reference guide to keyboard shortcuts available in OCT (ONESOURCE Corporate Tax). Most shortcuts are available when working in a workbook (the spreadsheet-style data entry and calculation grid) and follow familiar spreadsheet conventions similar to Microsoft Excel.
note
  • We group shortcuts by the area of OCT where they apply. Your permissions and whether the workbook is read-only affects which shortcuts you can use.
  • When using function keys (F2, F6, F7, F8, F10), you may need to press the Fn key at the same time (for example, Fn + F2). This depends on your keyboard and its
    Function Key Behavior
setting. This article notes which shortcuts require this.
  • Verify your device's keyboard settings if a function key shortcut doesn't respond.
