The
Trial Balance
screen displays manual journals along with imported journals. You can view general ledger information imported into ONESOURCE Corporate Tax. It provides an audit trail for tracking the source data of calculations. Data can be sorted, filtered, and exported to Microsoft Excel.A trial balance can be used to prepare a report showing how source data is mapped to tax accounts in the template, which helps you determine if your mapping is correct. It can also help you prepare an audit trail report that lists each form label in your tax return and shows the accounts in your trial balance that generates these amounts.
