Group Relief
Overview
These sheets allow you to claim and surrender Group relief between the various companies within your group. They can be completed manually within the individual company or populated automatically by using the Group module. The sheets are automatically present in all calculations.
- Losses and surrenderable amounts
- This sheet summarises current period and carried forward losses, deficits and expenses.
- Group relief claimed
- This sheet is used to analyse the amounts claimed as group relief from other companies as well as showing the various eFiling options.
- Group relief claimed carried forward
- This sheet is used to analyse the amounts claimed as group relief for carried forward losses from other companies as well as showing the various eFiling options.
- Group relief surrendered
- This sheet is used to analyse the amounts surrendered as group relief to other companies as well as showing the various eFiling options.
- Group relief surrendered carried forward
- This sheet is used to analyse the amounts surrendered as group relief for carried forward losses to other companies as well as showing the various eFiling options
- CT600C return
- CT600C is the supplementary page for Group and consortium relief. It summarises the company’s Group and consortium relief claims and surrenders.

Each of these sheets will be created automatically for each accounting period once additional periods are added.
Losses and surrenderable amounts
This sheet is populated automatically and can be helpful in summarising losses, deficits and expenses available to surrender and also surrendered.
Group relief claimed
Enter information relating to amounts claimed as group relief for current year losses. If you are using Group module, data on this sheet will be automatically populated from the Group module. You can insert rows as you require.
Group relief claimed carried forward
This sheet works in the same way as Group relief claimed but instead deals with carried forward losses.
Group relief surrendered
Enter information relating to amounts surrendered as group relief. If you are using Group module, data on this sheet will be automatically populated from the Group module. If the group is not within a simplified arrangement agreement you should select whether notices of consent will be attached to your online filing submission. You can insert rows as you require.
Group relief surrendered carried forward
This sheet works in the same way as Group relief surrendered, but instead deals with carried forward losses.
CT600C return
This is a review sheet and you cannot perform any analysis.
