Transfer Pricing-Group
Overview
To allow you to make transfer pricing adjustments within your group three sheets are available in the group module:
- Transfer pricing adjustments
- This sheet lets you enter transfer pricing adjustments between group companies.
- TP overall group matrix UK-UK
- This sheet summarises the UK – UK adjustment.
- TP overall group matrix UK-non-UK
- This sheet summarises the UK – non UK adjustments.
Completing the Sheets
Transfer pricing adjustments
This sheet lets you make transfer pricing adjustments between group companies. Dropdown boxes allow you to choose the individual entities the adjustment relates to, the type of adjustment and whether it is UK – UK or UK – non-UK. These adjustments are then picked up on the two analysis sheets TP overall group matrix UK - UK and TP overall group matrix UK -non-UK. Additional rows can be added if multiple adjustments are required.
Transfer pricing overall matrix – UK-UK
This sheet is populated automatically from the Transfer pricing adjustments sheet and summarises the UK–UK adjustments between companies and adjustment type. The amounts can then be pushed down to populate the Transfer pricing adjustments sheet in the entity calculation.

This sheet is populated automatically from the Transfer pricing adjustments sheet and summarises the UK–non-UK adjustments between companies and adjustment type. The amounts can then be pushed down to populate the Transfer pricing adjustments sheet in the entity calculation.
