Creating rental property accounts in

  1. Go to the
    Postings
     tab, then
    Transaction Journal Wizard
    .
  2. Select
    Setup Rental or Member Accounts
    .
  3. Enter the name of the property. There's a maximum character length = 42.
  4. Select
    OK
    . Repeat these steps and increase the Property ID by 1.
note
If you have more than 9 rental property, then you'll need to increase the account length to 5 by going to Client Details, then Ledger tab.
