Index is out of date

If this occurs when you're trying to open Ledger Assistant:
  1. Close the Ledger.
  2. Select
    Tools
    , and then
    Repair ledger files
    .
  3. And now try to re-open the Ledger.
If this occurs when you're trying to open a tax form:
  1. Close Software Assistant.
  2. Open
    Verify and backup data
    within your Windows Start menu.
  3. Mark the first, 3 checkboxes.
  4. Select
    Proceed
    .
  5. And now re-open Software Assistant.
