Writing off an asset and keeping it in Asset Manager

To write-off an asset and keep it in the Asset Manager for future years, don't select a depreciation method and manually enter the amount in the Decline in value and Deduction for decline in value fields. The asset will be shown in the future years with a $0 balance in Asset Manager until you either delete the asset or record the disposal details.
