Cannot use OneDrive and other cloud software

Because of Software Assistant's database structure, we don't recommend the use of cloud syncing software such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.

Software Assistant's database engine locks files that are in use and when the cloud software attempts to sync the locked files, a duplicate file will be created and will result in possible data loss and corruption.
