Error 1722: Invalid username or password. No license recognised.

You may get this error during registration when updating Software Assistant to the latest version. In this scenario, the update will fail and roll back to the previous version.
Solution
To fix this error, make sure the username and password entered in the registration form is accurate.

Your password used for the registration form should match what you use to log in to the Software Assistant portal. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it at Password Recovery. Once your password has been reset, you can run the update again using your reset password.
