Unable to register

Here are some items to review if you're unable to register Software Assistant.
  • If no activation codes appear when you try to register Software Assistant, check to make sure no firewall programs are blocking the registration form from accessing our server. This is common with CA, Norton, BitDefender, Trend, and Avast Anti-virus. You'll need to either disable the firewall completely or add an exception to allow “register.exe” to access the Internet. This file can be found in the following location:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Software Assistant\Assistant.
  • If you receive a “Cannot find server” error message, check that your Internet connection is active and then try again.
  • If you're still unable to register, you can register the software manually.
