Administrator capabilities
Users with the CoCounsel Administrator role can manage integrations, granular user permissions, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure compliance, optimize user engagement, and enhance organizational productivity.
CoCounsel Administrators can:
- Track user engagement with CoCounsel, identify active/inactive users, and monitor how different features are being used to drive adoption, understand training needs, and communicate ROI.
- Manage granular user-level permissions to CoCounsel skills and other CoCounsel capabilities.
- Set up and manage integrations for Knowledge Search (Find Documents) and Syncly (Bulk upload Documents).
- Oversee and manage databases created in the organization for security and governance.
