Be sure you sign in to the application as an administrator.
Go to
Admin settings
Integrations
.
Select
New connection
.
Select NetDocuments as your
Connector
.
Fill in the following fields:
Name:
Enter a name to identify the instance, such as NetDocuments.
All other information prepopulates. Don't change anything.
Select
Add connector
. The connector is added with an active state.
When the connector is added, it is available for all other people to view in their list of external Document Management System (DMS) connections. Importantly, every individual runs through the authorization process the 1st time they sign in.
note
We recommend administrators authorizing as soon as you add the connector. This way you can test the connection before other people use it.
