Manage connectors

The DMS connections are added as active by default, meaning firm members can begin using the connections to upload documents from DMS systems to CoCounsel. However, you can turn off or delete a connector if you need to.

You'll need to be a Firm Administrator to manage connectors.
  1. Go to the Integrations table and select the 3-dot kebab icon to open the dropdown menu.
  2. Select 1 of the following options:
    • Edit
    • Authorize
    • Disable connector
    • Delete
    • View history

  • Select
    Disable connector
    to enhance control and security over the documents accessible to your members.
  • You can select
    Authorize
    when you want your members to access the documents again.
