Adding annotations to the Stamp Library
To eliminate the need to recreate frequently used annotations, you can add them to the Stamp Library.
You can use an annotation from your Stamp Library to quickly add your signature to documents.
Open a document and create the annotation that you want to add to the Stamp Library.
note
You must apply an annotation to a page before you can add it to the Stamp Library.
Right-click the annotation and choose Send to Stamp Library from the context menu.
In the Create Stamp Annotation dialog, enter a name for the annotation and click OK.
note
The name you give to the annotation should be brief but descriptive for easy recognition.
