Exporting audio annotations

Follow these steps to export an audio annotation as a WAV file.
  1. Open the document that contains the audio annotation.
  2. Right-click the audio annotation and choose Edit from the context menu.
  3. In the Audio recorder dialog, choose File > Export.
  4. Browse to the location where you want to save the file.

    If you're running DT FileCabinet in the DT Virtual Office environment, you can navigate to files on your local network.
  5. Enter a file name and click the Save button.
