How annotations are positioned
The method that you use to place an annotation determines its position, as shown in the following table.

Pasted an annotation using the CTRL+V keyboard shortcut | Upper-left corner of the page |
Inserted the annotation using the Stamp Library command in the context menu | Location of the cursor when you left-click the mouse to release the annotation. |
Inserted the annotation from the Stamp Library using a keyboard shortcut | Location of the original annotation when it was saved to the Stamp Library |

To move an annotation, click it, hold down the mouse button, and drag the annotation to the desired position.
