Inserting the date, time, or user ID into a text annotation

  1. Select the text annotation that you want to update.
  2. Right-click where you want to place the annotation and select
    Insert Date
    ,
    Insert Time
    , or
    Insert User ID
     from the context menu.
note
The value for the annotation will reflect the date or time when the annotation was placed, not when the annotation was first created.
