Deleting archive information

Use this procedure to delete the volume icons and the archive history for the current drawer, if applicable. This process does not delete archived documents, which remain in the location in which they were archived. Archived documents can be restored at any time.
  1. Choose File > Archive.
  2. Select the
    Delete archive
     option.
  3. Select the Continue button. DT FileCabinet gathers all archive information for existing drawers.

    This process may take up to several minutes.
  4. In the left pane, highlight the archive you want to delete and click the Select button to move the archive to the right pane.
  5. Select the Delete button.
  6. Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the archive information.
