What should I do if DT Connect does not open or takes more than one minute to open?
- Restart your computer.
- Verify that no applications are running.
- Start DT FileCabinet.
- Try to open DT Connect again.
Why didn't DT Connect download an available update?
The update may have only partially downloaded during your last DT Connect call. To resolve this, delete the files in the updates folder and download all available updates via DT Connect .
