Scenario
If you have Outlook Express and Outlook installed on your workstation, and you use Outlook Express as your default email application, you may see the following error message when you attempt to send an email from DT FileCabinet.
No Outlook profile exists. You will need to set up an Outlook profile and make Outlook your default email application.
If DT Professional Suite applications other than DT FileCabinet can send emails without error, and DT FileCabinet cannot, no error may be displayed.
