Scenario

You may see this error if the Home Page is not properly updated during an update of DT FileCabinet. This could be because there are open files on the server, or other open applications.

Solution

Reinstall DT FileCabinet at a time when you can be sure that there are no users on the network who have any DT Professional Suite or Microsoft Office applications open.
