Reassign Image dialog

Use this dialog to reassign selected images to another image group or drawer.
This dialog opens when you click the Reassign image button button in the Image group contents section of the Image > Image groups dialog.

Fields & buttons

Images to reassign
Use the options in this section to reassign images to another image group or drawer. If you are reassigning a single image or a subgroup image other than the first page, only the
Reassign ‹image name› (Page ‹#› only) to another image group or drawer
option is available and is marked by default. When you reassign the first page of a subgroup, you also have the option to reassign the entire subgroup.
Reassign to
Drawer ID
Select from this field the ID for the drawer to which the image will be reassigned.
Image Group
Enter the name for the new image group in this field or select an existing image group.

The drop-down list is divided into two groups beneath the ‹New Image Group› menu item. The first group lists the image groups for the selected drawer. The second group shows the names that have been saved to the custom list for the current data location.
Undo button
Undo back arrow
Click this button to undo any changes you made in the
Image Group
field.
Add to list button
Plus symbol with a pencil
Click this button to save the current image group name to a custom list.
Document folders
Mark the checkbox for each folder that should contain a copy of the image.

Folders used in the current drawer appear at the top of the folder list, followed by a separator line, and then followed by the list of remaining folders (those not in use in the current drawer).
