Use this tab to view details about the files that are installed with DT FileCabinet. If you access DT FileCabinet through DT Virtual Office environments, you can also update your user name in this tab.
To open this tab, choose Help > Repair and click the Misc tab.

The File Details feature displays only files that are part of the DT FileCabinet application.

Fields & buttons

View File Details
Click this button to show a list of common DT FileCabinet application files by name, version, size in bytes, and the date and time they were last used by DT FileCabinet.
Reset Print Jobs
Click this button to clear all documents that were printed to DT FileCabinet and that were left in a pending state. This option is available only when issues prevent the successful printing of documents to DT FileCabinet.
If you click the Reset print jobs button, you will have to re-send any pending DT FileCabinet print jobs.
Update User Name
If you run DT FileCabinet through DT Virtual Office environments, click this button to update your user name from a hash ID to a user name in the Event History log for all data locations. This process may take several minutes depending on the amount of data and the resources available.
