Deleting email signatures
Follow these steps to delete an email signature.
- Choose Setup > User Preferences and click the Email Options tab.
- In the Email Signature list, click the signature you want to delete.
- Select the Delete button.
- Select Yes when prompted to confirm that you want to delete the signature.
- Select OK.
