Modifying the default system-generated email text
Follow these steps to modify the default email message text globally, or for the current user only.
- Do one of the following:
- To modify the email message text globally, Choose Setup > System Configuration, and click the Email Text tab.
- To modify the email message text for the current user only, click the Send to Email recipient button in the toolbar or choose File > Send To > Email Recipient, and click the Modify/View Email Text button.
- Select the Modify button for theEmail text when password option is not selectedfield orEmail text when password option is selectedfield.
- Select OK.
