DT FileCabinet Reports Preview toolbar

The DT FileCabinet Preview toolbar includes buttons that you can click to quickly perform common tasks while previewing DT FileCabinet reports. This toolbar is located at the top of the report preview window.
On the left side of the window is a list of all of the items included in the preview. Click an item to view that page.
Open the preview window by clicking the Preview button in the Drawer Selection dialog.

Print all pages shows a picture of a printer
Print All:
 Click this button to print all pages of the report.
Print current page shows a printer with a number one
Print One Page:
 Click this button to print the current page of the report.
Single page layout shows one page
Single-Page Layout:
 Click this button to view the report one page at a time.
Double page layout button shows two pages
Double-Page Layout:
 Click this button to view the report two pages at a time.
Hide document list button shows a blank page
Hide Document List:
 Click this button to hide the document list during the preview.

This button is available only when you view the document list during the preview.
Expand document list shows a black plus sign
Expand Document List:
 Click this button to expand the pages in the document list.
Collapse document list shows a black hyphen
Collapse Document List:
 Click this button to collapse the pages in the document list.
Show document list shows two blank pages
Show Document List:
 Click this button to show the document list during the preview.

This button is available only when the document list is hidden during the preview.
Return to first page shows two blue arrows pointing to the left
When viewing multiple-page reports, click this button to view the first page of the selected report.
note
This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
Go to previous page shows a blue arrow pointing to the left
When viewing multiple-page reports, click this button to view the previous page of the selected report.

This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
Go to next page shows a blue arrow pointing to the right
When viewing multiple-page reports, click this button to view the next page of the selected report.

This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
Go to last page shows two blue arrows pointing to the right
When viewing multiple-page reports, click this button to view the last page of the selected report.

This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
Close button has the word close on it
Click this button to close the preview window.
