Organizing the Solutions portlet

The Solutions portlet context menu provides commands for sorting, grouping, and organizing your shortcuts, in addition to the standard dashboard context menu commands. Right-click in the Solutions portlet and choose from the following commands:
Add Solution
Allows you to navigate to the solution you want to add to the portlet.
Sort Solutions Ascending
Lists the selected solutions in ascending order.
Sort Solutions Descending
Lists the selected solutions in descending order.
Add Group
Adds a heading under which you can group selected solutions.
Delete Group
Removes selected group from the Solutions portlet.
Rename Group
Allows you to name or rename a group you have created.
Collapse / Expand Groups
Collapses all solutions groups at one time. Right-click and choose
Expand Groups
 to display all solutions icons, or select the Expand button to expand one group at a time.
Options
Opens the Options dialog in which you can change the appearance of the portlet. You can select small or large icons with or without text, and choose a display style for groups in the portlet
