Updating projects and tasks quickly during time & expense entry

  1. Select a project or task in the appropriate field.
  2. Right-click the
    Project
     or
    Task
     field.
  3. Choose the appropriate command.
    • Complete
      : Sets tracking description to Completed and enters current date as Actual Complete Date
    • Receive
       (projects only): Enters current date as Received date
    • Change Tracking
      : Changes tracking description for project or task to the item that you select
