Adding portals while sending or requesting files

  1. Perform the steps to send a file to a contact or request a file from a contact
  2. Select
    Send
    . If no portal in DT Client Portal is assigned to the client, DT Practice prompts you to find or add a portal.
  3. Select the appropriate button.
    • To add a permanent portal, select
      Add a portal for DT Client Portal
      .
    • To add a temporary portal, select
      Add a temporary portal for DT Client Portal
      .
DT Client Portal sends an email message to the contact with a link to register the portal and information for logging in.
