Selecting options for checking spelling

When checking the spelling of text in a
Comment
 or
Biller Note
 field, you can refine how DT Practice checks spelling by having the application ignore or identify certain kinds of words. To select options for checking spelling, follow these steps.
  1. From a
    Comment
     or
    Biller Note
     dialog, select the
    Check Spelling
     button.
  2. Select the
    Options
     button
  3. Mark the checkboxes for each option you want to activate. The following options are available:
    • Ignore capitalized words (e.g., France)
    • Ignore all-caps words (e.g., GAAP)
    • Ignore words with numbers (e.g., ISO9002)
    • Ignore words with mixed case (e.g., MacDonald)
    • Ignore domain names (e.g., yahoo.com)
    • Report doubled words (e.g., the the)
    • Case sensitive
    • Phonetic suggestions
    • Typographical suggestions
    • Suggest split words
  4. Select
