DT Staff Portal shifts overview
By setting up shifts, you can control the days and time periods during which DT Staff Portal users can access their portals. For example, you might want to use this feature to restrict the hours during which seasonal staff can access portals.

DT Staff Portal portal administrators always have unrestricted access to their portals.
If DT Staff Portal users are logged into portals or DT Virtual Office applications when their shifts expire, their sessions will not be interrupted. However, when DT Staff Portal users log out of their portals after their shifts expire, they will be unable to log back in until the beginning of the next shift.
