DT Staff Portal modules
The following table provides a brief description of each DT Staff Portal module.
Module | Description |

Administration (free) | Enables DT Staff Portal users to perform administrative tasks for DT Client Portal, DT Staff Portal, and utilities (including Customizing the appearance of portals, running reports, and more). |
Document Presentation (free) | Allows you to provide DT Client Portal users with secure, static PDF files of documents such as tax returns, financial statement, and payroll reports. In addition, you can give DT Staff Portal users access to DT Client Portal users' Document presentation files. |
File Exchange (free) | Enables DT Staff Portal users to exchange files with DT Client Portal users in a secure environment. |
Links (free) | Enables you to provide DT Staff Portal users with links to frequently accessed websites, including websites for research tools. You can also allow DT Staff Portal users to add their own links. |
News (free) | Enables you to communicating company news. |
Staff Availability (free) | Provides a convenient way to track the availability of DT Staff Portal users. |
Virtual Office CS | Allows you to give DT Staff Portal users remote access to all DT Professional Suite applications and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word) for which your firm is licensed. note
