Viewing the availability of DT Staff Portal users
The Staff Availability widget in the Home Dashboard quickly tells you how many other DT Staff Portal users are logged in.

If you don't see a Staff Availability widget in the Home Dashboard, you don't have access to Staff Availability.
All DT Staff Portal users are listed in the widget. Each DT Staff Portal user's current status is indicated by an icon to the left of his name.
- A blue icon
indicates that the user is logged in to DT Staff Portal and his status is Available. - A yellow icon
indicates that the user is logged in to DT Staff Portal and his status is either Away or Busy. Either "(Away)" or "(Busy)" appears to the right of the user's name.
If the user entered a status description, it appears to the right of the user's name.
tip
- To refresh the status list, click the Refresh button in the upper-right corner of the widget title bar.
- In the Staff Availability widget, click the name of any user to open an email message addressed to that user.
