Decommissioning notice: Onvio and Client Centre mobile apps

Important Update: Changes to How You Access Onvio Documents and Client Centre.

Summary

Effective December 12, 2025, the Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Centre mobile apps will be retired. After this date, they will be removed from app stores, and existing installations will no longer be accessible. All data will remain available to clients and staff through any supported web browser.

Important dates and changes

Now until December 11, 2025
  • Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Centre mobile apps will remain available and accessible.
  • Multiple communications will be sent via email to Firm Administrators to communicate this change.
  • Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Centre mobile application users will receive an in-app notification, informing them of this change, prior to December 12th.
December 12, 2025
  • Decommissioning takes effect. Mobile app logins are turned off, and the apps will be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
After December 12, 2025
  • Mobile application sign‑ins will be disabled; users will be required to login using a supported web browser on any device.

  • Update any internal documentation, onboarding guides, and training materials that reference mobile apps.
  • While in-app notifications will be sent to all Onvio Documents and Onvio Client Centre users, please help ensure your applicable Staff and Clients are aware of this change. The following is a proposed email template:

  • After December 12, 2025
    , you will no longer be able to access your account using the Client Centre Mobile App.
  • You will still have
    full and easy access
     to your account via the
    web version
     of Client Centre.
  • The web version is accessible on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
Your data is safe.
 All of your documents, files, and data are stored securely on the web platform and will
remain completely unchanged
 throughout this transition.
A reminder about this change will also be posted within the mobile app prior to December 12th.
