Log in to Onvio without mobile connectivity
Once you've set up multi-factor authentication, you can log in to Onvio using the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app or a third-party app even if you don't currently have connectivity on your mobile device. The app enables you to generate a 6-digit code that you can use to log in.
- Enter your login and password for Onvio.
- When prompted to check your device, click the Enter a Code link.
- Open the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app or a third-party app on your mobile device and retrieve a code. The code updates every 30 seconds.
- In Onvio, enter the code and click the Go button.
