View Onvio Client Centre from a client's perspective
Setup
View Onvio Client Centre from a client's perspective
From Onvio, you can view the Onvio Client Centre from the perspective of a client or contact, which allows you to verify and update information.
note
The
Client Centre View
permission must be enabled for you in the Permission Groups screen before you can use this feature.
Choose Setup > Clients to view Client Centre from a client's perspective or Setup > All Contacts to view Client Centre from a contact's perspective.
Select the edit icon for the client or contact whose perspective you wish to view Client Centre from.
Select the Client Centre Access tab.
If you're in the Clients screen, select
Show Details
, then the
View Client Centre as
link; or if you're in the Contacts screen, select the
View Client Centre as
link.
When you've finished viewing Client Centre as the client or contact, select Done to exit the Client Centre view.
