Add and edit accounts in the trial balance

Add accounts

  1. In Onvio Trial Balance, open the applicable project and select the Trial Balance tab.
  2. Select the Add button.
  3. Enter an account number and/or description, and then assign account grouping codes/subcodes.
    note
    Each account must have a unique account number.
  4. Select the Save & Close button or, to continue adding accounts, select the Save & Add New button.

Edit accounts

  1. In Onvio Trial Balance, open the applicable project and select the Trial Balance tab.
  2. Mark the checkbox for the account you want to edit in the Trial Balance grid.
  3. Select the Edit button.
  4. Update the account information.
  5. Select the Save & Close button.
