Export account information from the trial balance

You can export the account balance information from the trial balance as a Microsoft Excel file (.XLSX).
  1. Open a project.
  2. Select the Trial Balance tab.
  3. (Optional) Select
    Manage Views
     and then add and remove the columns that contain the data to include in the export.
  4. You can use
    Hide zero rows
     to change which information is displayed before you export it.
  5. Select
    Export
    .
Onvio creates a spreadsheet file for export that includes information for all of the rows and columns shown in the Trial Balance grid.
