Display citing references for a case

Citing references are available. tells you there are citing references for a provision. Select the
Citing References
 tab of a case to display a list of cases and secondary sources where the case has been cited. The number on the tab specifies the number of documents citing the case.
Use the following tools and filters to narrow and refine the list of city references.
  • Select an option from the
    Sort By
     dropdown to change the order of citing references.
  • Use the
    Depth
     column to sort the citing references by how extensive discussion about the cited case is.
  • Select a document type to narrow the list of citing references (for example, Cases and Decisions).
  • Select filter options to help further narrow your list to cases most relevant to your research. You can use any combination of filters and apply them multiple times.
