Use KeyCite in Westlaw Canada to verify whether your case is still good law and to find citing references to support your legal argument.

You can access KeyCite information in the following ways.

While viewing a case with a KeyCite flag, select the flag.

While viewing any case, select the History
or Citing References
tabs.

On the Westlaw home page, type "kc" or "keycite" followed by a citation in the search field and use Enter.

For example, "kc 93 sct 1817" or "keycite 93 sct 1817".

On the Westlaw home page, select the Find and KeyCite by Name
tab.
