Search for cases based on proceeding

You can filter case search results by proceeding to find cases that have a similar procedural history to the case you're researching.
  1. Do a keyword search.
  2. In the results page, select the
    Cases
     content type.
  3. Select
    Filters
    .
  4. Select
    Proceedings
    .
  5. Mark the checkbox to filter the search results by proceeding.
