Use O'Brien's Encyclopedia of Forms indexes
O’Brien’s Encyclopedia of Forms comes with a main subject index as well as specific division indexes.
Use the main index
The main index is helpful if you are not as familiar with O’Brien’s content and need some guidance on the subject areas. It allows you to filter topics so you can focus on a specific form or precedent.
- From the O'Brien's homepage, go to the Index column then selectO'Brien's Master Subject Index.
- SelectINDEX CONTENTS.
- Select a letter to go to topics beginning with that letter.
- Select a topic to open it.noteYou can search the entire index. Enter your terms into the search field then selectSearch.
- Select the link next to a topic to open the full text document.
Use the division indexes
To search a specific division's index, do the following:
- From the O'Brien's homepage, select a division.
- Go to the Index column then selectO'Brien's Division Index.
- SelectINDEX CONTENTS.
