Westlaw Canada usage reports

The Westlaw Reporting System v2 is an online cost recovery and reporting service that allows you to track Westlaw Edge Canada and Westlaw Canada usage and charges for an account or a group of accounts, clients, users, or usage dates.
The reporting system has these features:
  • Flexible reporting options – choose from many standard report formats or create your own custom report format.
  • Customized client pricing – apply a discount or a monthly fixed amount, which can be used with standard or custom report formats.
  • Customized account groups – combine all or some location accounts into customized account groups.
  • Automatic reports – set up the reports to run and be delivered automatically.
  • TimeKeeper ID – identify each Westlaw user with a unique ID to meet your organization’s reporting needs.

The Reporting System v2 reports are compatible with PCLaw, ProLaw, and Elite. Charges are estimates and might not reflect discounts and other charges like taxes.

Sign in to the Reporting System v2

  1. Go to the Reporting System and select
    Sign On
    .
  2. Enter your OnePass username and password, then select
    Sign In
    .
  3. Select
    Save Username
     or
    Save username and password
     to save your OnePass credentials on your computer.

After signing in, use the toolbar at the top of the page to access the following features:
  • Select

     to view the Quick Reference Card or video tutorials.
  • Go to

     to read what’s new in the Reporting System.
  • Select

  • Select
