About late fees

A £20, €23 or $25 late fee can be charged for each invoice not paid within the terms of the contract.
If you're having trouble meeting payment deadlines or have a question about an invoice, contact Accounts Receivable.
When are late fees charged?
A £20, €23 or $25 late fee is charged once the invoice is 1 day past due. If the invoice remains unpaid, a new late fee is charged every 30 days.
Can late fees be waived?
Yes. If you enroll in autopay/direct debit, you won't need to worry about late fees.
note
If an auto-payment fails due to insufficient funds, an expired credit card, etc., then the £20, €23 or $25 late fee applies.
