Self-Service Portal

Sign in to the Self-Service Portal to manage users, view and pay invoices, and track support tickets.

Access the Self-Service Portal

The Self-Service Portal was previously called My Account. To request access to your account, contact our support team using our online web form.
If you don't want to create an Administrator account, you can still manage payments. Make a 1 time payment or enroll in AutoPay on the guest payment page.

Manage users

The
User access
page has 2 tabs:
Users
and
Admins
.
On the
Users
tab, you can:
  • View each user's products and status (
    Registered
    or
    Not registered
    ).
  • Find a user by entering their name in
    Search
    , or by selecting
    Filter
    .
  • Add users by selecting
    Invite users
    .
  • Manage a user by selecting
    Actions
    (⋮) in their row and selecting one of these options:
    • Send registration links
    • Edit products
    • Remove assigned access
  • Export all your users, or a filtered list, to an Excel file by selecting
    Export list to file
    .
On the
Admins
tab, you can:
  • Check each admin's permissions (
    Billing
    ,
    User Access
    or both) and their status.
  • Find an admin by entering their name in
    Search
    .
  • Invite admins by selecting
    Invite users
    .
  • To remove an admin's
    Billing
    or
    User Access
    tab permissions, select their row's
    Actions
    (⋮) menu.

Invoice

The
Billing
page shows your billing information and payment history.
At the top of the page, you can:
  • View your total balance and any past-due amount in the
    Total due
    box.
  • Pay your whole balance by selecting
    Pay total due
    , or pay only the past-due amount by selecting
    Pay past due
    .
  • Set up AutoPay from one or more bank accounts or credit cards by selecting
    Set up autopay
    .
Under
Quick links
, you can:
  • Add and update your bank accounts and credit cards by selecting
    Manage payment methods
    .
  • Select who gets invoice emails by selecting
    Manage e-billing contacts
    . Contacts don't need access to the Self-Service Portal, and they don't need to be product users.
  • View your past payments by selecting
    Payment history
    .
On the
Open
tab, you can:
  • View your invoices and credits, with their dates, status (such as
    Open
    or
    Past due
    ) and amount.
  • Select one or more invoices to view more details and pay all or part of what you owe.
  • Manage an invoice by selecting
    Actions
    (⋮) in its row and selecting 1 of these options:
    • Pay invoice
    • View details
    • Download invoice
      (as a PDF)
  • Export your open invoices to a file by selecting
    Export open invoice list to file
    .
On the
Paid invoices
tab, you can view and download your payment history.

Support management

Go to the
Support
page to submit tickets for problems with your account or your orders.
To submit a ticket:
  1. Select
    Submit a ticket
    .
  2. Under
    What can we help you with?
    , select a topic:
    Account support
    ,
    User and admin access
    , or
    Product support
    . Then select
    Next
    .
  3. Answer
    Which area can we help you with?
    and
    What's the main reason for submitting this ticket?
  4. Under
    Tell us a little more
    , add any more details.
If you want email updates, opt in when you submit the ticket.
On the
Open tickets
tab, you can:
  • View all your open tickets, including tickets we create when you call or email us. Each ticket shows its subject, status, case number, date submitted, category and when it was last updated.
  • Select a ticket's subject to view its details and track its progress. Tickets move through these stages:
    New
    ,
    Assigned to representative
    ,
    Work in progress
    , and
    Resolved
    .
  • Send updates or messages to Customer Service at any time.
  • Get an email when an expert comments on your ticket by selecting
    Receive email notifications when an agent comments on your ticket
    . This is optional.
On the
Resolved tickets
tab, you can view your resolved and closed tickets.

Quick links
, you can go to
