Print documents to GoFileRoom

After you've installed the GoFileRoom add-in, you can print documents to a drawer in GoFileRoom.
  1. Open the document in its source application.
  2. Select print for the application you're using.
  3. Select the GoFileRoom printer, then select Print.
  4. Sign in to GoFileRoom if you're asked to.
  5. Choose a drawer to save your document in.
  6. Enter index information for your document, then select
    Save
    .
Your documents will be saved as PDFs in black and white, and go through an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process.
