When a document request is sent to a client, they'll receive an email notification with a link in it. They can use that link to upload documents.
You can provide these steps to help your clients upload documents using the email link.
Select the link in the email.
Select
Browse for File
.
Choose a document file and select
Open
.
If the request asks for more than one document, repeat the previous two steps.
Select
Submit
.
