Scenario
You may see the following error message when you attempt to log in to GoFileRoom.
Please enter valid input.
Cause
The data entered in the Username or Password field contained blank spaces or does not match valid account credentials.
Solution
Re-enter your username and password, and then select the
Sign In
button.
